📅 How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekend dates between May and September. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — just call and ask.
🌧️ What happens if it rains?
If severe weather is expected on your rental day, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge. Units can't be used safely in high wind, lightning, or heavy rain.
📐 What kind of space do you need to set up?
A flat, clear area roughly the size of the unit — dimensions are listed on each rental's page. Grass is ideal, but we can also set up on a driveway or concrete pad with the right anchoring.
🔌 Do you need access to electricity?
Yes — units need a standard outlet within 100 feet of the setup spot. If you don't have one nearby, just let us know — we can bring a generator.
🎈 Is there an age or weight limit?
Our units are designed to be safe and fun for all ages — we'll go over any specifics with you at setup.
💵 Do you require a deposit?
No — we don't require a deposit to book. We just ask that you call or text to confirm your date.
💲 What's included in the price?
Delivery, setup, and pickup are included in every rental — the price you see listed is the price you pay.
⏰ How long is a rental?
Most items are available for a 4-hour or 8-hour block, with pricing for both shown on each rental's page.

Every unit is washed and sanitized before it reaches your event.
